Football in the Community

Football in the Community provides players in the Charlotte area with an opportunity to play weekly pick-up style soccer. This revolutionary program provides a player-based environment with intentional, minimal coaching. Football in the Community is ideal for both new players looking to learn the fundamentals of the game as well as experienced club players looking to hone their skills in an open-play setting.

Camps are multi-day events focusing on the core components of our academy training methodology. Clinics are single-day events focusing on the basics of the game and our club’s style of play.

Charlotte FC provides youth programming throughout the year across the Carolinas. While programming and work opportunities are more abundant in the summer months, we are always looking to add to our camp/clinic staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with a variety of ages and skill levels and will bring a positive attitude as we look to elevate the level of youth soccer in North and South Carolina.

MLS GO

MLS GO

Major League Soccer (MLS) and RCX Sports announced the launch of MLS GO, a recreational soccer program designed to increase participation and access for boys and girls outside of the existing soccer ecosystem. Powered by MLS, MLS GO engages with existing community organizations and local recreation programs to provide boys and girls, ages 4 to 14 with a fun, affordable, local soccer experience.
