To make your check-in experience as smooth as possible, we encourage all attendees to access their tickets prior to arrival. Please be prepared to show your ticket at check-in.
Fans are also encouraged to arrive early.
MOBILE TICKETS
All entry into the stadium will be through mobile tickets. Click here for in-depth instructions on how to access and manage your mobile tickets on the Charlotte FC app.
Fans are encouraged to access their tickets and add them to the user's mobile wallet well in advance of event day.
Should you need to access your tickets at the stadium on event day, please be sure to connect to Panthers WiFi.
ENTRY LINES & PROCEDURES
Security checks begin prior to the ticket entry gates.
- The Clear Bag Policy will be enforced prior to entering the queue line.
- Once through security screening and ready to enter the stadium, have your mobile ticket ready and proceed to the touchless ticket scanners.

STADIUM POLICY
PROHIBITED ITEMS
In addition to the Clear Bag Policy, the following items will not be allowed in the stadium:
- All non-transparent bags or items, including backpacks, binocular/camera cases, cinch bags, computer bags, diaper bags, purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5", etc.
- Explosives and fireworks
- Outside food and beverages, except two (2) sealed, plastic, non-flavored water bottles per person
- Selfie sticks
- Umbrellas
- Video equipment
- Weapons of any kind and size, including guns, knives, scissors, and those carried with a permit
- Banners, signs, and flags larger than 24"x 24"
- Noise makers (whistles, horns, clappers, Vuvuzelas, wooden rachet noise makers, air horns, etc.)

WATER BOTTLE POLICY
Your health and safety is our top priority. To help manage the heat, we encourage all fans to stay hydrated. Fans are allowed to bring two (2) sealed, plastic, non-flavored water bottles per person.
FAN ZONE
On your way into the match, visit the Fan Zone by the North Gate on S. Graham St. featuring:
- Michelob ULTRA is hosting a special brand activation for ticket holders 21+. Running 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, fans 21+ will be able to purchase cold refreshments, enjoy music from an on-site DJ, and participate in soccer-themed competitions.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
MOBILE ORDERING
Mobile ordering is available at posted concession stands and concession portables through the QR codes on the concourse or via the link below.
Fans can order and pay from their seats and then pick up at the designated concession stand or portable.
CHECKOUT-FREE GRAB & GO MARKETS
Bank of America Stadium now features two new, checkout-free food and beverage markets. The Cooler grab & go markets are open near the East Gate in sections 120 and 122.
Simply tap your credit card to enter the market, select your favorite food and beverage, and leave the market without having to check out. Transactions automatically process as soon as you leave the market.
Fans purchasing alcohol will have their IDs checked at the store exit. A receipt kiosk will also be available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
SEVERE WEATHER NOTICE
In the event of severe weather within 8 miles of the stadium, fans will be asked to evacuate the seating bowl (including the field) and seek cover in the concourse. Stadium staff will help direct fans to the nearest and safest covered area. The Seek Cover Protocol will remain in effect until there is no lightning detected or approaching within an 8-mile radius of the stadium for 30 minutes. Entry screening will continue under the covered area of the North, East, and South gates.
Any weather updates will be sent to fans via email and push notifications. Fans can also stay tuned to the Bank of America Stadium Twitter account for live updates.

Charlotte FC Mobile Tickets
All entry to Bank of America events require mobile tickets (PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry). All Copa America ticket purchasers can access and manage their tickets through the official Charlotte FC app.
Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or sell tickets.
Download the app on your phone/tablet, and make sure it's updated to the current version
*Fans sitting on the 500 level can access seating from the North ramps and escalators. Upper bowl access from the south side of the stadium will be closed.
