All entry points into Bank of America Stadium will allow you to conveniently tap to enter via your mobile wallet or scan the barcode in your Charlotte FC app.
All users, both PSL holders and single-match ticket buyers, can access and manage their tickets through the official Charlotte FC app. For your check-in experience to be as smooth as possible, please access your tickets prior to arrival and be prepared to show your mobile ticket at the gate.

Clear Bag Policy
To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Bank of America Stadium, the club enforces a clear bag policy. Approved items may be placed in transparent plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or purses, bags, fanny packs, belt bags, or clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5".
Please email tickets@charlottefootballclub.com if you need special permission for a medical bag to be permitted inside the stadium.

TRAFFIC ALERT
This weekend, Uptown Charlotte will be especially busy with multiple major events, including our match, the ACC Tournament, and holiday festivities.
Fans attending the match should expect heavier traffic than usual, road closures, and new traffic patterns throughout the area.
We encourage everyone to allow extra travel time, review updated traffic and parking information before departing, and consider alternate routes or arrival times when possible. The following streets will be closed:
- N. Tryon Street between 9th Street and 13th Street
- Streets between College and Church Street
- S. Tryon Street between Brooklyn Village Avenue and Third Street
Traffic exiting Lots 1 and 5 will be left‑turn‑only off Mint and Graham Streets (see map link). Guests leaving Lot 1 are encouraged to exit via Graham Street.
