With Saturday's start in D.C., Kristijan Kahlina becomes the second player in Charlotte FC history to make 100 appearances for the club across all competitions. Brandt Bronico was the first to reach the feat earlier this season.
In his 100th appearance, Kahlina claimed another clean sheet, making that 12 on the season and 25 in his MLS career so far. He is tied for the league lead in clean sheets with LAFC's Hugo Lloris and tied for third in total saves with 121. It's a career year for the Croatian, who is the clear frontrunner for MLS Goalkeeper of the Year.
Kristijan Kahlina signed a new contract with the club on October 1st, keeping him in the Queen City in 2026 with an option for 2027.
