Charlotte FC Mobile Tickets

All entry to Bank of America events require mobile tickets (PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry, and barcodes will not be accessible through browsers). All users, both Season Ticket Members and single-game ticket buyers, can access and manage their tickets through the official Charlotte FC app.

Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or sell tickets.

Download the app on your phone or tablet, make sure it's updated to the current version, and follow the instructions below for mobile ticketing.

*Fans sitting on the 500 level can access seating from the North ramps and escalators. Upper bowl access from the south side of the stadium will be closed.

Tap the Charlotte FC Rewards menu listing.

You must be logged into your Season Ticket Member account via Ticketmaster to access the menu item.

I don’t see all my credits, am I missing some?

Your Club Credits for 2026 will be loaded in segments throughout the season. See the below for details outlining which game credits you should be able to see.

First load:

Will my credits roll over if I don’t use them during the games listed?

New credits will be loaded for use for the appropriate month’s matches and previous credits will expire.

Can I use my concessions credit at these self-checkout locations?

Yes! 

What if my concessions credit doesn’t cover my total cost?

You will be prompted to enter a credit card on your phone, or the card saved on your account will be charged.

Who do I talk to if I need a refund at one of these locations?

Please let one of our associates at the location know you need a refund, and the team will complete the process.

What items can I buy using these self-checkout units?

All items offered at the locations where this new self-checkout technology is available can be read through the A.I. image recognition technology that powers the units.

How do I get a receipt?

Scan the QR code on a payment screen after the order is confirmed. If you missed it, please send an email to stadiumfeedback@levyrestaurants.com.
