CLFC will play 28 matches, 14 home and 14 away, in the 2025 regular season and will compete in the Southeast Division. Like the 2024 season, the Club will take on divisional opponents three times and will round out the rest of the schedule with matchups against intraconference opponents.
In addition to the Crown Legacy FC’s season opener, notable matches include a pair of home matches against in-state rivals Carolina Core FC on July 10 at 7 p.m. ET and Sept 4 at 7 p.m. ET. The Club will also take on MLS NEXT Cup runners-up Philadelphia Union II in a 2024 Eastern Conference Semifinal rematch at Subaru Park on June 15 at 3 p.m. ET.
The majority of CLFC’s matches will be available live and on-demand on MLSNEXTPro.com, including the season opener against NYCFC II. The remainder of the Club’s matches, including a Decision Day matchup on Sept. 26 at New England Revolution II, will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
The 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs will feature eight teams from each conference face off over the course of four consecutive weekends, beginning on Oct. 17 and culminating with MLS NEXT Pro Cup the weekend of Nov. 7. Matchups during the first two rounds will be determined through the popular Pick-Your-Opponent format, which returns for the third straight year, with the top seeds in the conference choosing its matchups.
