- Giveaways are limited to one item per person. Multiple tickets held by a single individual do not qualify for additional items unless an additional person is physically present.
- Possession of a match ticket does not guarantee a giveaway item. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- Giveaway items are distributed only at the time of initial entry into the stadium. Fans may not move to another gate to obtain a giveaway item once their entry gate has run out. This helps ensure fair distribution and maintain safe ingress flow.
- Fans must approach the front of the distribution point to receive their item. Accessing items from behind distribution bins is not permitted.
- To maintain orderly distribution, guests may not reach for or grab giveaway items from boxes or bins. Match day staff will hand items directly to attendees.
- Each stadium gate is allocated a limited quantity of giveaway items. Once the gate’s supply is depleted, no additional items will be provided at that location.
- We ask that all fans follow the Fan Code of Conduct. Please note that Charlotte FC reserves the right to refuse entry and access to giveaway items to anyone who violates the Fan Code of Conduct.
